What Do I Need to Know Before My Review Of Findings?

Nurture Wellbeing Chiropractic believes in educating our practice members, ensuring they can take make their own best health decisions. We start this visit by explaining how to read test results and showing you what a healthy spinal structure presents through our tests. Next, we will discuss how we can help, how we would move forward if you should decide to work with our office and practitioners.

We provide your results both verbally and in visually and ask that you bring another person to ensure you do not miss any important information and can make the best decision for your health and well-being. This person is usually a spouse, partner or parent.

Please prepare to spend roughly 90 minutes in this appointment.

We intend to work with you to create a happier, healthier experience of life through a healthy spinal and nervous system. It is important to understand that Nurture Wellbeing Chiropractic will not work with any new members until they have a full assessment by one of our doctors, we have determined that we can help them reach their goals, and we have gone over their health review with them. Only by having all the information can you determine the most appropriate decision as a healthcare consumer.

Next, we will go over your Care Plan and Options.
